These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DC777 platform. Please read them carefully before registering, depositing or placing any wager. By using DC777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between DC777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the DC777 website and associated digital properties.
DC777 is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing cricket betting, live casino, slots, esports and other gaming services. The Platform is operated by its respective owning entity. DC777 does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory authority.
By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing a wager on DC777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and all supplementary rules incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

Access to and use of DC777 is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account. The Platform operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the applicable minimum age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling. DC777 does not provide legal advice. You are solely and personally responsible for determining the legality of accessing and using the Platform in your jurisdiction before proceeding. The Platform's accessibility from a given location does not constitute an assertion that doing so is lawful in that location.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, email address, phone number, device, IP address or payment method — are prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts and void any balances where duplicate registration is detected.
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, valid email address and any other information requested. You are obliged to keep this information current and notify the Platform of any changes.
The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on DC777:
To access DC777's services, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal details, creating a username and password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Registration constitutes your agreement to this entire Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. The Platform will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as your own unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify DC777 support immediately via the official support email. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security or your failure to report suspected unauthorised access without undue delay.
DC777 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with standard industry practice and applicable AML obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify identity or source of funds.

You must never alter, crop, obscure, falsify or digitally modify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to appropriate authorities.
All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never send sensitive identity documents through unsecured email, third-party applications or social media channels. DC777 accepts no liability for documents submitted through unofficial or unsecured channels.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process. Refusal to complete KYC may result in Account suspension.
Account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where the deposit method and operator infrastructure permit. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change. Always verify current minimums before initiating a transaction.
The Platform's live cashier displays currently available deposit and withdrawal options. Pakistani players may find references to familiar payment infrastructure — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual reference only. These providers do not endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed directly within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits must be made from a payment account or method held in your own name. The Platform does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may result in suspension of the Account and reversal of the transaction.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method and are estimates only. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing times. Delays may arise due to payment provider processing, banking infrastructure limitations or additional security reviews.
Withdrawals may only be initiated once: (a) your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met; and (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen payment method has been reached.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review before processing. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Processing time estimates are displayed in the cashier and are not guaranteed.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The Platform may, at its discretion, process withdrawals through an alternative verified method where the original method is no longer available.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the Platform cashier. These limits are subject to change. VIP or higher-tier players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits in accordance with applicable tier terms.
In the event that an Account becomes inactive for an extended period, the Platform may apply dormancy terms in accordance with its applicable policies. Details of dormancy conditions are available upon request through the support team.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by DC777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. These Terms provide general conditions applicable to all promotions; specific bonus pages contain additional, promotion-specific requirements that form part of the overall agreement.
Before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn, you must satisfy the wagering requirement applicable to that specific bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount as specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table game titles. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games or markets will not count towards wagering requirements.
Bonuses and associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period. Once expired, the bonus amount and any related winnings are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where bonus abuse — including the use of arbitrage strategies, matched betting in ways that exploit promotional terms, or multi-Account exploitation of promotions — is detected.
All games and betting markets available on DC777 are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and accept them.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, T20 Internationals, Tests, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other sports — are governed by the Platform's Sports Betting Rules. Markets, odds and lines are subject to change prior to and during events. All bets are settled in accordance with the published settlement rules applicable to each market.
In the event of a technical error, miscalculated odds, system malfunction or manifest pricing error, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. No winnings generated from a manifest error are due to the Player. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a result of a system error or service interruption.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change. The Platform reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where it deems appropriate.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

DC777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has been detected; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period; (d) the Player is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction; or (e) the Platform ceases to operate in a relevant market.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the DC777 support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard terms following Account closure, provided KYC requirements have been met and no breach-related holds are in place.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is at the Player's request or for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the available balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to the Player through the standard withdrawal process.
All content on the DC777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, design elements, databases and compiled content — is the intellectual property of the Platform's operating entity or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended personal entertainment purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express written consent of DC777 or the applicable rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DC777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the basis of the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DC777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that the Platform makes no representations regarding expected returns on any game or wager.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
DC777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, account management and service improvement purposes.
Personal data submitted for KYC purposes is processed securely and is not shared with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, legal process or regulatory obligation. Full details of your data rights — including access, rectification and deletion — are set out in the Privacy Policy.
DC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated, as applicable.
Pakistan-specific notice: DC777 does not hold a gambling license issued by any Pakistani authority and is not regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially additional federal and provincial regulation in Pakistan. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for independently determining the legal status of online gambling in their specific location and for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws. DC777 makes no representation that its use is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right you may have under mandatory provisions of local consumer protection law.
